1/11/2010 - Suture removal

Took her back to OS and had her suture removed. He was pleased with the way she's healing and the fact that she bends her knee when she lies. He told me 30 days post surgery before I start exercising/swimming her again. I am allowed to walk her on leash 3 x 15 minutes per day. I told him that there was no way I could keep her quiet all day long in the house. He said a little of running and jumping (onto a couch/bed) in the house is okay.

Final xrays in 4 weeks.

Muscle atrophy:

Left thigh - 13 inches, Right thigh - 10.8 inches
